  • Final shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation.

  • For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included and must be paid by the buyer.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on the destination, customs clearance, and shipping method

Please note: Unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues are outside our control.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to prevent leakage, breakage, or quality loss.
Bulk orders are shipped in secure export-grade containers.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or phone to monitor the shipment status.

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
True Aroma Exim is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Receiver not available

  • Courier refusal due to incomplete details

Reshipping charges (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos for verification.
We will review the case and assist accordingly.
